Stretch and Restore Reformer is a Reformer-based stretching class designed to complement your regular workout when your body needs a break.
Improve flexibility and mobility as we open the hips, lower back, and shoulders with gentle, feel-good stretches.

JUMPBOARD FUSION
Jumpboard Fusion blends strength training with cardio bursts to elevate your heart rate and boost overall fitness. Using the jumpboard on the Reformer keeps your spine aligned, delivering a high-energy workout with minimal joint impact. You’ll leave feeling stronger, energized, and standing taller.
Please note: This class is not suitable for complete beginners or pre- and postnatal clients.
ATHLETIC REFORMER
Moves at a moderate to fast-paced tempo, incorporating swift transitions and introducing you to a repertoire of advanced exercises. For those who have extensive experience in Reformer-- have a seamless flow in their transitions. This next-level session offers an opportunity to push your boundaries and intensify your workout.
Not recommended for beginners or clients rehabbing from injury.
ARMS, ABS, AND INNER THIGH

REFORMER STRENGTH CIRCUIT

It's a more energetic and fast-paced class compared to traditional Reformer workouts, often incorporating intervals and timed exercises to increase heart rate and challenge muscles.
